On supported devices, Hey AI offers Apple Intelligence as an alternative AI provider. Apple Intelligence processes all data entirely on your device. No conversation data is sent to external servers when using this provider.

The app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
The app, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
AI responses are generated by third-party AI models and may contain inaccuracies. The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. You should not rely on AI responses for critical decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
